Introduction YangJie technology recently launched a series of SOT-223 and SOT-89 800V low-power thyristor products. Core advantages:
1. Ultra-thin package: SOT-89(thickness 1.6mm), SOT-223 (mount occupy < 48.91mm2);
2. Safety voltage: 800V blocking voltage, suitable for 220VAC system;
3. Compatibility: 1A current most control loop requirements; Low trigger current (< 10mA) Suitable for battery powered scenarios, sensor switches, smart switches, lamps.
Features 1. SOT-89, SOT-223 package, suitable for low-voltage electrical leakage protection
industry ;
2. Can be divided into SCR and TRIAC:
SCR: need rectifier bridge, low cost but occupy a large space;
TRIAC: Direct control of AC, simplify PCB layout;
3.heat dissipation design: 1A current power consumption ≈1.5W, SOT-223 need copper area ≥50mm2;
4.Trigger sensitivity: low trigger current (< 10mA) suitable for battery powered scenarios
